We contacted Andrew to help us find and buy a home after we witnessed the over-the-top help he provided our daughter and her husband in selling a home they thought they could never unload and buying a home beyond their dreams.  Having experience in buying/selling homes, we were astonished at the  expertise, competence, energy, responsiveness, and, yes, compassion Andrew brings to the effort.  

Andrew knows the market and very accurately figures out a home’s value, the pace of the market (as in:  when the market would slow enough for us to have a chance, since we were coming in from out of state), and the neighborhoods – not just in the present, but the likely growth or decline in value.

As far as making a sale, he is zero-pressure; he merely provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision and showed us houses that fit our odd needs.  After we went under contract, he really kicked into overdrive:  we and the sellers were out of state and Andrew represented our interests better than we could have if we were in town.  And there were complications, such as a roof that ended up needing replacement.  Even though that is technically on the sellers, Andrew kept us up to date constantly and drove the process along so we could get to closing.  For the first time ever, I have to say the commission isn’t enough for the amount of effort and expertise applied to this sale.  In a way, I am a teeny bit sorry this is our last move.  Andrew is that good.

May partner and I had spoken with a few agents and were not finding the right fit when some friends of ours referred us to Andrew. Before we had an opportunity to meet with Andrew in person there was an open house down the block and we asked Andrew if he could look into it. Within hours he had  comps, HOA information and his professional expertise to us; it was at that point we knew he was a great agent and that we wanted to work with him. Andrew’s knowledge and stats regarding the market are very impressive and definitely helpful throughout the process. He has also built relationships with lenders and inspectors which made us more comfortable moving through the process because we felt they would be honest and upfront sense they work together often. Andrew was always honest and patient with us as he truly wanted us to get the right house, for the right price, at the right time; you can tell he cares about his clients. We ended up having to do an extended contract and Andrew would check in with us periodically just to see how we were doing and ask if we had any questions which made us feel special and looked after. He also keeps in touch and invites us to client appreciation gatherings which shows he truly cares even after a sale has been completed. All-in-all he is a great guy and an amazing agent who we would not hesitate to recommend.

Andrew was very helpful in helping us buy our first home.  He was always patient and up front with us about everything.  He was very professional  throughout the entire process, especially when the selling agent seemed to have gone on vacation.  Whenever either me or my wife reached out to him with a question he was prompt in answering any questions we had.  He was also diligent in responding as fast as possible if we were unable to get a hold of him at the moment.  When our mortgage company was giving us issues he did everything he could to help us.  Including but not limited to calling the bank to see what other papers were needed to speed up the process, advising us on what steps might occur with the bank having issues, and even allowing us to use his office to fax information to the bank when they needed it the next day.  Even after closing on our home he has been available to ask questions, or give recommendations where need be.  Andrew is a great person and also a great agent.  My wife and I both strongly recommend him and would highly consider using him in the future for any of our future home buying or selling needs.

With Andrew, you would think we were selling a half million dollar house instead of one under $200K. Andrew Wasson is a true professional realtor who makes all others we have dealt with seem incredibly lazy by comparison.  He arrived at our house with a portfolio of information about our house, the market, and a full plan for selling our house, including strategies for pricing and minimizing risks of a buyer backing out. He worked very hard, advising us on the improvements we should (and shouldn't) make, assessing the buyers' potential for successfully obtaining a loan and general sincerity, helping us deal with unrealistic demands based on an incompetent home inspector, jumping through hoops to help us find a last-minute licensed HVAC inspector (one of the demands), and monitoring progress every step of the way to avoid snags.  Our house sold for a good price, and faster than we thought possible.

Andrew was a rock star in helping me and my family transition from Germany to Parker, CO. Andrew came prepared with comps from my area and convinced me to ask $20,000 more than I would have. He was right! I left town on Sunday to go on my own house-hunting trip; he had the first showings Sunday afternoon, and Monday morning I had an offer for $5,000 over asking, adding they would match something higher, up to $10,00. I was thrilled. Two hours later, he called with an offer of $10,000 over asking, adding they would match something higher  up to $15,000. His recommendations on how to respond to requests for repairs/changes were spot on, and we closed 30 days later! 

He went well beyond the customary realtor role by helping me prep the house for professional pictures, which were gorgeous, and showings. I couldn't have done it without him - he was simply the best!

I'm in the military and my bank referred Mr. Wasson to me through their home buying program. While his firm typically deals with clients that purchase/sell homes in a much higher price range, he treated me as any other client. He was in contact with me months before my move from Germany to Colorado and had set up multiple property showings immediately after I arrived. He was extremely knowledgable about the area, the properties and their values. He was quick to set up contracts, which was needed in this seller's market. Andrew also helped re-motivate me when it seemed like I would never find a house and get an accepted offer. Once we got an accepted offer, he was in constant contact with me throughout the remaining inspection, inspection objections all the way through to the closing, even coordinating with my lender to get a quicker closing date. Andrew was an amazing agent and went above and beyond , showing me how to work the gas fireplace and the sprinkler system, as well as referring me to reputable companies in case I need repairs or upgrades in the future. As a member of USAA, we were essentially assigned a Real Estate Agent since we were going through their Home Advantage buyers program. Andrew was assigned and the rest is history.

When we began looking in March of 2014 we were renting having moved to Colorado a year before. As we began looking for a house little did we know the eventual twists and turns that were to come.

Long story short, Andrew guided us through a minefield of issues as we eventually settled on a short sale home. He worked very well with the other brokers and was great at keeping us updated and informed every step of the way. Andrew did a spectacular job helping us sell our first home.  We were in a unique position of selling our home while living abroad, and Andrew was very attentive to our situation and easy to get in contact over the phone and in email.  He was very personable and guided us on what needed to be done to the house in order to help it sell as quick as possible.  We were very impressed with his communication with us, feedback, and assistance in finding the right contractors to complete the jobs on our house, including meeting them on-site since we were unavailable. Hi, if you are looking for an honest and professional realtor, look no further. I first met with Andrew in 2008 when I was looking to buy my first house. Andrew guided me through the buying process and after several month of search we bought a very nice house in desirable location with a lot of potential.  We lived in our house for almost 6 years and then made a decision to upgrade to a bigger house.  I called Andrew and 1 month later, I own a bigger house that met all my expectations, again.  Very happy homeowner :-). 

Now let me tell you about Magic that Andrew did: 2008 he assisted us in purchasing a house at 1623 S. Laredo St. we bought it for $145K. with some minor investments he sold this house for us for $215K in 2014. New home listing price was $359K he negotiated for us and we got house for $349K. So if you want to achieve same or better results make sure you listen to what Andrew tells you and always be reasonable.  

Here is what we heard about Andrew from other real estate agents. They respect him and very important thing in today’s marker they want to work with him. So when you will be making an offer on your new house it more likely that the other realtor will take your offer because they know Andrew would not be wasting their time and offers that he brings to the table a valid and in good faith.  

So give Andrew a chance to get you the best deal on the market, remember that for the most of us our home is one of the biggest investments we will make in our life.

Andrew Wasson worked tirelessly for my wife and I.  He went out of his way to meet our schedule, and his knowledge of all things real estate was impressive.  For example, it did not matter if we were looking at a rural home, or urban.  Mr. Wasson was able to explain the costs and benefits of septic systems vs. city services, propane vs. natural gas, or a well vs. city water.  In addition, Mr. Wasson always gave us the impression that he was looking after our best interest.  During a home inspection that my wife and I were attending we found several plumbing leaks that had wet several large areas of floor and wall.  We really wanted the home, and Mr. Wasson could have downplayed the water damage to make a sale.  However, Mr. Wasson took the time to explain the dangers of mold, and potential costs for repair. He did not dissuade us from buying the home, but he armed us with the right information to make a wise decision.  Eventually, Mr. Wasson did find help us find a home that we still live in, and are quite happy with.
