Owner/Managing Broker: Andrew Wasson
Andrew is a results-driven broker whose unique engineering and military background has proven to be a winning combination. A broker for over seventeen years, Andrew has developed a portfolio of sales and purchases that include residential homes and condos, foreclosure auctions and short sales, and estate and bank sales. Andrew's clients range from individual home buyers and sellers, to law firms and investment companies. Regardless of size or complexity, Andrew expertly analyzes opportunities and implements strategies that achieve optimal returns for his clients. Andrew is also the owner and managing partner of Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Co. (https://wildblueyonderbrewing.com) in historic downtown Castle Rock and serves on the Board of Directors as the Vice Chair and Treasurer for the Town of Castle Rock's Downtown Development Authority (https://www.downtowncastlerock.com/dda).
