Andrew is a results-driven broker whose unique engineering and military background has proven to be a winning combination. A broker for over seventeen years, Andrew has developed a portfolio of sales and purchases that include residential homes and condos, foreclosure auctions and short sales, and estate and bank sales. Andrew's clients range from individual home buyers and sellers, to law firms and investment companies. Regardless of size or complexity, Andrew expertly analyzes opportunities and implements strategies that achieve optimal returns for his clients. Andrew is also the owner and managing partner of Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Co. (https://wildblueyonderbrewing.com) in historic downtown Castle Rock and serves on the Board of Directors as the Vice Chair and Treasurer for the Town of Castle Rock's Downtown Development Authority (https://www.downtowncastlerock.com/dda). Andrew was also one of three finalists for the 2021 Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year.
Aron has lived in multiple communities in the south metro area for over 21 years. Prior to entering real estate he served as an enlisted airman and civilian in the US Air Force. He moved to Colorado while in the USAF and completed his MBA at CU-Denver in 2003. He also spent over a decade in management consulting, developing expertise in identifying client needs and delivering results that exceeded their expectations. Aron has also served as landlord and property manager for multiple rental properties and is well versed in the nuances of finding and managing investment properties. In his free time, Aron is an avid triathlete, volleyball player, and hockey fan. When not training, racing or playing, he’s at one of the many rinks in the state with his wife, Kelly, watching their kids or the Avs take the ice.
